The Passion of Jesus

Theme:  Even as Jesus was tired and tested before Pilate, so we follow Jesus are also tested.  The world demands that we stand up and testify to what we believe.  Although we sometimes fail  fail the tests and trials of the world, Jesus succeeds and strengthens us.

April 10th., 2020  Good Friday
 

Sermon: "Aligning Our Self with God"

Scripture:
 

Gospel Lesson: John 18: 1-19:42

Jesus Arrested, tried, and crucified

Theme:  This day holds before us with clarity, power, and challenge, the way Jesus was always truing and aligning himself to whatever stood before him in the moment, and on this day the cross is the culmination of that way of being.
